All orders are shipped within the USA via:  FedEx (2 business days) OR USPS OR UPS & are insured. Spend over $150 and shipping is FREE!

We will be happy to exchange a purchase, or refund your money within 10 days of the invoice date for most merchandise. The credit likely will be the same as the method of payment.

All returned items must be in original condition.  Please be sure to include all parts and paperwork.  A Punto will not issue credit for items that have been altered or damaged.

Most A Punto jewelry pieces(except earrings) have a Mylar tag attached. Mylar tags are placed so you are able to try on merchandise with the tag still attached. Removal of the Mylar tag means that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. A Punto will not issue credit for an item that is returned without the original Mylar tag attached.

Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
